A 5 week Hatha yoga course focused on working more efficiently with your breath - making movement easier and lighter. From the first session you will start:
 - building strength and flexibility
 - improving your breathing
 - calming the mind and increasing happiness
 - learning to relax completely
Suitable for complete beginners or those with some yoga experience. The course is taught in small groups - maximum 4 people, with plenty of time for individual help and advice in a warm friendly environment. Taught by a qualified and experienced teacher.
